Views enable to have different point of view of the same database. They help following important tickets and keeping on track. Ticket tables must have as top views in dropdown in this precise order:

Mandatory

• 🆙 Stales
• 🌍 Mother of All
• Archives

Tech team must also follow 🏃 Using ‣ .

Optional

Tables may implement additional views as long as they follow the General Guidelines.

• 🔛 Opened
• 👥 By Assignee
• ♻️ By Recurring Tag (If and only if there's a Recurring Tag field)
• 💬 To Discuss (If and only if there's a To Discuss Reason field)
• 📬 To Do
• 👤 My Tickets

General Guidelines

• Views must be sorted by severity first. Views may have sub sorting.
• Views must show fields Title, Severity, Status and Assignee.
