Time organisation at Stockly has 4 main levels: yearly, quarterly, weekly and daily.

Yearly - 👁️ Aspirational Goals

Goals are written by OWEJ in September of each year. They define the state we want to reach by September of the following year. Goals are usually shared with Stocklers at the Annual Retreat.

They respect the following principles 👉

🌌 Be aspirational (e.g. high expectations)

☘️ Be built around a few key items (e.g. 3-5 themes)

🔭 Be high level (e.g. high level metrics or concepts)

Goals are defined for Stockly as a whole.

Quarterly - 🎯 OKRs

Weekly - 🚀 Stockly Weekly Meetings & Team Weeklies

Stockly weekly meeting is mandatory for all and usually happens on Mondays at 1:30pm. More details in the following page 👉

There are 3 main objectives of this cross-teams meeting 👉

1️⃣ Plan/structure the work for the week and for each teams

e.g. main projects to be tackled this week, number of Bizdev closing calls

2️⃣ Provide visibility to everyone on main wins, challenges and progress

e.g. progress on an Integration project

3️⃣ Share callouts to other teams that could be impacted

e.g. Ops team impacted by Tech changes

<aside> 💡 On top of the Stockly Weekly meeting which is for all Stocklers, team leaders can decide to add Team weekly meetings (e.g. Integrations Weekly), that have the same objectives but at Team level.

Daily - ☀️ Team Dailies

Each team leader can decide to have a Daily meeting with the team or not, and at which frequency (e.g. every day, every 2 days, twice per week).

There are 3 main objectives of the Dailies 👇

1️⃣ Team reporting: leverage the team leader to unlock roadblocks, optimize team work and check workload/tickets

2️⃣ Questions: following the Questions and roadblocks policy

3️⃣ Collective thinking: spread the knowledge, brainstorm and unlock situations all together
